The third publication of the INTERCEPT project is now available, coordinated by our partner Corvers Commercial & Legal Affairs.
Insight #3 explains the key do’s and don’ts when replying to a Request for Information (RFI) in the context of innovation procurement.
Within INTERCEPT, the RFI was an essential tool for the Open Market Consultation. It helped us gather structured input from suppliers, end users, researchers, and other stakeholders. The RFI tested whether the unmet need was realistic, identified existing or new solutions, and collected feedback on possible procurement strategies – including legal, ethical, and technical barriers.
This process was crucial for preparing a Pre-Commercial Procurement of new technologies for the safe and remote stopping of vehicles.
